CB could have easily won “Biggest Loser Wins”, in a manner of speaking.

“Failure Face” is coming into being. And, God, how I love the first panel. Four happy Van Pelt checkers, one glum Brown checker.

If Charlie Brown was a modern day kid, his parents would have gotten him into counselling for sure or he would have had gone under depression

My old man quit playing checkers with me after I forced ten stalemates in a row with no pieces captured. He stormed off bellowing, “Someone has to win!”

Charlie Brown has now become Charlie Brown. Total loser. This comic even has the classic Schulz pose of him on his knees hitting the ground with his fist.

I’d go find someone else to play against after the first thousand losses. :-)

Millions of people who have faithfully read the “Peanuts” comics for over six decades, and we still manage to get a colorist who doesn’t know what color Charlie Brown’s shirt was.

this is too much like me after a round of golf – except it usually takes me one day before I can ‘try’ again :)

I’ve always believed that in order to get better at something, compete against someone better than you. That doesn’t seem to apply to CB.
