Frank: ray...youre all sweaty!
Ray: My truck broke down on the way to work!
I had to run all the way to Girard Avenue!
Frank: Thats like six miles!
Ray: In under one hour...with nobody chasing me!
@Mumblix On April 26, my new book will launch FEARLESS A Cartoonist’s Guide to Life. I’m confident that after reading it, you will gain more understanding of the “Ray Ramsey” character. Not promising you will like him, or me any more than you do right now, but you may enjoy knowing what motivates me and informs the characters in “JumpStart”. Thanks for writing, and being so honest. I appreciate it.

I am so tired of this Ray character. I don’t know why Robb introduced him or why he’s been dominating the strip for the past several months.

I love Ray. But it’s a little ridiculous how proud I am of the way a cartoon character has turned his life around. :)

I really like the Ray character and the new connections (and suspense) he’s bringing into the storyline. Also his dog(s).
