Only Cruz can unite the conservatives, the best candidate since Ronald Reagan and in many ways he’s more ideologically consistent than Reagan. His past defense of TPA aside, Cruz changed his mind on it anyway. He maintained an otherwise ideologically conservative worldview on nearly everything else.
