The trail I walk my dog on has boxes where you can get poop bags and trash cans along the way to dispose of them. Many times I have seen the bags neatly knotted laying by the side of the trail. I don’t know what is so difficult about carrying it to the cans. I guess they get half credit for picking it up at all.
