I can say on good authority and personal experience that no self-respecting French woman does the intimate shaving thing - that’s viewed as an American strangeness and posible perversion. French women may shave their legs, for the wholly practical reason that it makes it easier to get tights and stockings on and off. Armpits too, if there’s a pressing reason. But the other place?
