It seems to be a company policy that has lasted? the compact audio recorder I use has three buttons and no instructions to access the forty or so different modes it boasts I bet Q made sure Mr Bond was aware which button recorded in HiQ and which launched the laser guided rocket …… I fear for the safety of my interviewees!

It is hard to read upside down text on a smartphone. Try having the box next to the caveman.
