Heard that before.Back a few years I arrested one of our local bad boys. He put up resistance which was really sad and totally futile. Resulting in a visit to the hospital before going to jail. He broke his hand on my hard head. My counter punch broke his jaw in two places. He cried and whined all the way to jail. A couple of months later he is sitting in the local restaurant recounting his mighty battle with the police. How he told us all off. Flaunting his greatness. How it took a bunch of us to finally bring this crime kingpin down. How he took out us officers with his superior fighting skills. He never noticed me sitting behind him but his friends did and they kept trying to get him to shut up but that went right over his head.Finally done with his mighty story I leaned over reminding him about his court date later in the week.I remarked…..“Great story, now tell them about the rabbits.”
