I am a little confused as I saw this story arc a few years ago and then it just stopped. Is this a re-run or a re-launch

It’s interesting that the copyright date is 2016. Last time the story just stopped. Is the entire strip a re-run or just portions of it
I hope that the story will continue beyond the last end point. Everyone is still anxious about Annie’s crisis—it was cruel to leave us hanging, although I understand that they had no choice (as I recall).
