Although a semi automatic is preferred over a revolver. So much for the empty cylinder.

Most deaths come from handguns. Mass shootings are tragic and get a lot of coverage, but they’re a small percentage of the accidental shootings and homicides carried out with handguns.

Awesome cartoon. Question; does the NRA envision a country where everyone is armed, everyone walks around with a holster and guns as depicted in movies about the Wild West?

Nobody’s more technical than the gun fanciers. If you describe the trigger guard incorrectly in reporting a massacre, then to them, it didn’t happen! Erase, erase. A subculture of playground lawyers.

This is a safe gun, 1 empty chamber, and 5 discharged cartridges. (primers show impact of hammer)

I’ve seen some stupid comparisons to gun deaths, but trying to include heart disease and cancer apparently? All six chambers are loaded with a semi-auto, weapon of choice anymore.

Yes, most gun deaths are suicides. If they didn’t do it that way, they would find a more gruesome way to die. We don’t have many knife/sword murders here in North America, just take a look at murders in Europe and Australia, not to mention Japan.
