I never had this discussion with my parents.

I’m in my late 60s and still wondering how it happens…

My Ma always told us that the first one could come ANYtime, but after the wedding, they’d come after 9 months. My deduction from life: Two teenagers can ‘experiment’ and produce life on the first try. Marry them and it will take YEARS and many visits to fertility clinics to even ‘produce’.. Other than that, “The rich get richer, the poor get children” is my exit stage right tap-dance..
