I swear, our dog can tell time. He’ll wait until I wander downstairs for breakfast, but dinner and supper are 1:00 and 6:00, on the dot. The mail comes at 2:30, and I’ve never known him to miss it.

Ours can tell time, too! We go to bed at 10 pm (We’re OLD) and about ten minutes to ten he starts to get excited because he always gets a treat at bedtime. No clue how he does it.

most dogs are very smart and have a large vocabulary, I notice it more in dogs that are treated as family Annabelle is 9-1/2, we had to take to spelling things in front of her, especially stores she is allowed in, lowes, petsmart, home depot – trips to McDonalds or burger king for icecream “McD’s” and “BK” no longer work in the “spelling words” she figured out what they were a long time ago :) Love my dogs

years ago we had 2 small dogs and 5 kids. During the school year, the dogs slept all day until 3:00 and then they woke up and started playing until the kids got home. This went on for years after the kids all left home. 3:00 was time for the kids to come play with them!
