Well, there’s “truth”, “Truth”, and “TRUTH”. Everybody’s got things in their pasts they’re not proud of, and there comes a time when you want to make sure there aren’t going to be any “nasty surprises”, but I’ve never insisted on “full disclosure”; some things are best not gone into in detail. Tell me what you think I’d need to know.
(Lest it appear I’m less than forthcoming myself, I’ve always told girlfriends that, if they’re ever wondering about something, I’ll answer any question they might want to ask.)
