I prefer having to navigate through 500 levels of automatic phone trees.
Usually, I get a line where they say “Please hold on” every fifteen seconds. Obviously, these places are short handed, and there are people out of work, which I point out every time I finally get a live person.
What is their music selection? the best lullabyes of all time?
