People who say things like Connie are even more stupid than the Penneys. A dog will “go” when nature dictates. Maybe not at a convenient time for its owner, but it will “go”, crinkly bag or not. Anyway, Connie could wait to take out the bag until after the dog has done its business.
As soon as our dog sees the plastic bag in my hand, he’s ready to go outside. It seems to have the same effect on him that a cup of coffee has on a lot of humans.
When out town passed the ‘clean up after your dog’ ordinance, they put stands with bags in the park. One of my fellow officers saw a young man walking hi dog when his dog did its business. He told the guy “you have to pick that up” and the guy started to reach for it. So my partner said “NO! Use the plastic bags we provide over there!” He went and got a bag, picked the poop up with his hand, and put it in the bag.
