Nice try, trying to get out of the ticket for parking in a handicapped space because it didn’t say ‘No Parking’. Handicapped spaces are being used more these days. I remember a time when you hardly ever saw anyone parking in one. I recently got a handicapped tag and at times it’s hard to find a space.
