Over 27,000 deadly attacks by Islamic terrorists since 9-11-11 compared to a handful of deadly shootings in abortion clinics in the same time period. That is what I call a very weak moral equivalency argument. Anderson might want to add in gang bangers since they are deadly and like to keep their hos in line.
I won’t condone ANYONE’s terrorism over religious mythology, which interesting that all the “Christian” terrorists are immediatly dismissed as not “Christians”, like McVeigh, who did ask for , and receive, last rights of the church when he was executed for mass murder.
Murder for a myth is a long-standing institution, going back to the days of clay idols, sacred rocks, and other gods created in Man’s image.
@Tim Gilleyjust because there are fewer doesn’t mean they are different in mode, just in frequency. Unless you’re saying Hitler was okay since he killed fewer people than Stalin, yes?
John Locke; you jump to the wrong conclusion, as is typical whenever the “bible God” isn’t recognized. Buddhism, among many religions, doesn’t recognize the “bible God”, and in fact that’s about half the world population who are not followers of the bible, or Quran.
It’s interesting btw that some of the things spoken of by the Buddha are actually proving to match up to what we’re only now learning in quantum physics.
Many Christians and others, like Jews and Muslims DO accept science, and don’t try cons to cover for their mebership that is violent, repressive, and dangerous.
That so much terrorism keeps showing up practiced by those who don’t accept science, or see that it is NOT the enemy of faith, does demonstrate that terrorism is NOT based on rational observations, but rather only unprovable “faith”, accepted only on faith.

I am surprised that no one refers to them as Radical Christians. It is their supposedly Christian beliefs that they are acting upon.

Eco-terrorist attacks? You mean like those people who camped out in hanging sacks to prevent that oil tanker from leaving harbor?
