If he is the next president, he will also be the last president. Anyone who votes for this madman contributes more to “Death to America” than any mid-eastern terrorist ever could.

Not even close. Nations are not at war with each other and forming alliances to carry out that war. Unless you consider ISIS and/or Al Qaeda to be nations, in which case you a) give them far more credit & credibility than the rest of the world, and b) have already surrendered.

If history consistently predicts the future, our next president will be a Republican and Trump is still popular.http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/261035-fox-poll-six-republicans-would-beat-clinton

Liverlips McCrackenNot very socialist. Where is the idea of a healthy citizenry being in the national interest? Public ownership of natural resources? All adult citizens having the vote? Multiple parties to avoid Tweedledee and Tweedledumber choices?.I am a populist (Green) and prefer grassroots up rather than trickle down, which, as we have seen doesn’t work if the plutocrats are at the top, but I have lived under a socialist provincial government and have no fear of the system. Indeed, I have never had so much income in actual buying power before or since, and it only took me six months to get over the feeling (based on evidence) that my phone was tapped.

Heretical or not, Trump has some similarities to Winston Churchill. Churchill was a great wartime prime minister with an unbending, single-minded focus on defeating the enemy and damn the torpedoes. He was strong-willed and could communicate his fearlessness to the public who would feed off his strength. Churchill was not a good peacetime prime minister where subtleties and compromise are more important. Trump might make a good war-time president, not so much otherwise.

Trump is one of a kind here too, the parade balloons all use helium, he’s the only one rising on hot air.

“that ended the worst recession in seventy years, got the job market back on it’s feet, helped right the real estate market, and got us out of Iraq, where Dubya/Cheney murdered 5000 Americans so that Haliburton could make another $39 billion.”.Talk about “fact free”.1. Lowest workforce participation rate in 30+ years (still)2. Stagnant wages in absolute dollars (not indexed to inflation)3. Middle east in a worse mess4. Suicide rate for middle aged men (the middle class) has increased 40% in the past 10 years, due to lack of prospects, hardly getting the job market “back on it’s feet”.5. Dubya/Cheney murdering 5000 Americans? Really?
