My mum always said that no matter how many potatoes she fixed, hoping to make potato cakes, there were never any left. It certainly wasn’t my fault; I don’t like potatoes in any form. Pass the salad, please.

If you chill them in the fridge overnight, when you reheat them the carbs and calories are reduced up to 40 percent or so because they are converted to resistant starch!
