we had a chicken delight near us. that was before the col. Kentucky fried. My Dad was the chef in the family. He even dressed the part. The guy across the street would come over and they’d make chili. so much good meat he said you could never afford to make it in a restaurant = no profit,

Unfortunately, there actually is, or was, a Papa’s Pizza Parlor near where I live. They ended up getting closed down by the Dept. of Health.Seriously.
