Let Wally be Wally. My sister-in-law has a rescue dog — a 14 pound Cairns Terrier — that came from a house with 40 dogs. Someone severed Libby’s vocal cords. When she tries to bark, she squeaks. I couldn’t believe that anyone could be so cruel as to cut a dog’s vocal cords. Yeah, a dog that won’t shut up is annoying, but nothing justifies the cruelty that Libby suffered.
