It’s like this…Ever since Obama took office, the Tea-Party Repubs have been pushing Birtherism and also claiming Obama is a Muslim. ( In fact, one of them did that on this very forum only yesterday ) []And anyone who raised an objection was immediately accused of, ‘Playing the race card — just like the libs ALWAYS do," []So now Ben Carson is being called out on things that he actually said and wrote. Unlike the, “Obama. the Muslim” screed, this isn’t based, on innuendo, rumors and blogs. Anyone who wants to can go pick up a copy of Carson’s book and check out his speeches on Youtube. []So guess what these same Obama bashers are saying about it?[]“Dems don’t like any black that won’t stay on the plantation”. and “This is a media LYNCHING!” That’s based on two actual statements I’ve seen on the Gocomics. []Honestly I don’t know whether to laugh or pity these guys
Carson is a clever man, by using a faith rather than factual based philosophy, he assures for himself inspirational Christian book sales and paid speaking engagements. I don’t believe that he entertains the general election as a goal.
Ben Carson has spent far more money running his fund-raising than actually using the money for his campaign. It is hard to believe he is seriously running, probably just wants to sell books and get attention.
Go with the Dem model, buy and co-opt, works better to make the “free” press a part of the organization. It costs a little, they don’t come free but it is worth it.
