This strip hits close to home. And I worked at a bank… Managers did not like being called over when some artifact thought that the rules didn’t apply to them so most of the time I had to sit there and listen to them whine about how I was a terrible person for not letting them essentially rob the bank with a false check.
Also they don’t like to show their IDs ever, which I thought was strange considering that they were so worried about identity theft.
LOL! johnny I used to work in a bank too. Many years ago. The customers who got me were the ones who would come into the bank wondering why they had received “insufficient funds” notices and why their checks “bounced”. As God is my witness, they would say to me, “I can’t be overdrawn, I still have checks left in my checkbook”’ And they were serious! And there was more customers like that than I could count on both hands, feet, and anything else!
