Every time I hear about Putin’s bombing “innocents”, I think “Shock and Awe”, that we’ve spread around, in numerous countries, for a long time. Nicaragua, Grenada, Panama, Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, and then there’s good old Viet Nam (since WW II ’til 75).
