F-35 $1.3 Trillion spent so far. Pulling out of wars, even if using some spec-ops folks in a country where we have no business deciding their leadership, beats killing thousands of our troops to accomplish a bigger disaster, like Afghanistan and Iraq. (Which created IS in the first place.)
