The fact that the U.S. spends EIGHT TIMES AS MUCH on “defense” as Russia, even though a slightly lower percentage of our GNP, is simply absurd waste. Do we really need to spend as much as the next 13 countries combined to defend our borders? Well, I guess if we regard our borders as being in Africa, South America, Asia, and Europe, suppose so?? (Middle East btw is ASIA, not North America.)
The fact is that the overwhelming part of the spending goes to pay for social programs! I would LOVE to slash all social programs, especially those democrats most favor. Start with planned parenthood!
