Alice has made her peace with her vision of Santa’s vision. Petey might be a bit tongue-in-cheek, except that I don’t think he is familiar with the concept….

It looks like the Atraxi from Doctor Who.The Atraxi were a sophisticated alien police race, which formed a galactic police force.The appearance of the Atraxi themselves is impossible to know, since they were never actually seen outside of their giant eyeball, which was capable of seeing and speaking.
