In “War on Iraq”, William Rivers Pitt and Scott Ritter spelled out all the lies the Bush people were putting out, in Oct. 2002 published book.
In “Under Fire, the untold story of the attack on Benghazi” Fred Burton and co-author, the hour by hour details of what happened are revealed, and reveals there WERE efforts to supply more protection, the contractors WERE sent from Tripoli as Marines could NOT be sent because of our agreement with Libya, and the fact demonstrations WERE taking place outside the actual Embassy in Tripoli, due to those “videos” and unrest, and the Marines were needed there.
The funny thing about books containing facts, right-wingers can’t, or won’t’, read them, or the reports the intelligence agencies actually relate, like the ones that didn’t actually support as fact a single WMD assertion from the Bush administration. INstead, the con goes on.
Dag: relative to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, Bush did all those lies, fabrications, and mis-management. That lack of security around the world has long been a State Dept. problem in remote locations, not totally the result of “funding”, except that Congress on the right has long put severe restrictions on HOW the money can be spent (wasted).
At what moment shall we the people begin to hold all elected officials to a higher standard? Pointing fingers and saying “well, so and so did it, TOO” hardly makes the issue BETTER. NO PROVEN LIAR should be elected to public office. Regardless of party affiliation. Period. Not only will that benefit America greatly, it will certainly narrow down the field of candidates.

How about the 63 that got killed in embassies under Bush or maybe that rumor about 3000 dying on 9/11?

Why have hearing’s when a toon can prove one innocent or guilty. Using facts just encumbers the process.

Do you understand the definition of WMD? It’s nice to make up stuff to fit your argument.

Here’s why this whole thing is a setup. Our own governments “secured” servers aren’t safe.
