Well, they were innocent of being witches. With all the sins on the book, though, it’s probable that at some point in their lives, they had done something (perhaps something we ourselves had done, but c’est la vie) that justifies torture killing enough that we can sleep soundly at night.
Hundreds of years from now, our descendants can turn the site of the judicial murders into a kitschy tourist destination!
The ’toon is a few hundred years off. The current republicans are much closer in time to the Inquisition, not the Puritans. They make the Puritans look modern.
The current president’s sin was being mixed race. The next president’s sin will be being female. In response, every Republican will – and must – resort to louder accusations in the face of such terrible events.
It’s all in a book about the attack on Benghazi, with hour by hour details of exactly what happened. Stevens himself made the decisions that led to the attack. Help was sent from Tripoli, including the two contractors killed on the roof of the CIA complex, and ALL the employees there were RESCURED, yes, they lost two, but the mission was a success.
Considering the TREMENDOUS amount of crap flung at Hillary over the past quarter-century, which she has borne without breaking down or blowing up (how many men can claim that, I wonder?), I could make a better case for her being a saint than a witch. As this list demonstrates quite…well, not “nicely.”

…because when you lie about something and then try to cover it up, doesn’t mean your doing anything wrong; especially if your a Democrat.

Ah, but Republicans do carry a torch for Hillary! The one for Trump is the scarier and potentially most disastrous.
