Avocado? To me, it really doesn’t matter. Don’t like them.

U pop off the stem @ the store, if it’s yellow underneath, it’s ripe, if it’s green, it’s not, brown is overripe.

i grew up with the darn things and it’s still a wild guess, though with the Hass, as so as it is dark all over it’s ripe (more often than not).
