Alice: What happened to you? Dill: My brothers had an accident with their Fourth of July Parade float. It's a total loss. They got the fireworks cannon set up and the giant George Washington's wooden teeth working. Then BOOM! The pneumatics blew and animatronic Ben Franklin's head flew off prematurely! Alice: I don't follow history too closely. Is that wrong?

Yes… those textbooks from Texas (by committee). cdward totally got me laughing, but seriously if I were still raising my kids I’d do home schooling exept for math and advanced science… I’d like our children to actually learn about the real world - not something censored by every possible self intrest group!!
