Unfortunately I did not qualify for the first time home buyers giveaway, However, I can buy a second home at today’s reduced interest rates in anticipation of the massive inflation caused by government borrowing. I flip the house for a huge profit, take a homeowners capital gains exemption, and roll in the money. Now I know what the Prez said about redistributing the wealth.. My kids? Well they can always sell Hawaii to China.
