If it was the ‘60s she wouldn’t issue licences for blacks to marry whites. Bigotry is bigotry, don’t hide behind religion.

She’s been married four times and got pregnant by husband number 3 while still married to hubby number 1. In other words, she committed Adultery.[]Say want you want about being gay, it still isn’t breaking one of the Ten Commandments. [] You know, The Ten Commandments, those things religious conservatives ( like Kim Davis ) want to put up in every courthouse, ( like the one where she works. )

    Leviticus:

A Woman who commits Adultery by having more than one Husband must be Stoned to death.

Anyone who eats Shellfish must be Stoned to death.

Anyone who eats Pork must be Stoned to death..Will Those Signs be enough?.After all, if you are so Firmly Committed to Living Your Life according to what Leviticus says about Gay People ….It’s all about Freedom FROM Kim Davis’ Religion just like the First Amendment Says.

U.S. Constitution, Article VI she took an oath to uphold, she should have resigned any government position, elected, appointed, or just hired.

To clarify one thing, the law changed while she was in office, so for all the people saying that she should have never taken the job knowing the issue that is not a viable argument...As for everyone that wants her to step down, they law requires that unless she is creating an “undue hardship” for someone she must be granted a religious exception (yes, even in the public sector). This is not based on anyone else’s believe of what she believes, but based on what she believes (regardless of how you interpret, or want to believe, God’s word)...Since this is clearly not an undue hardship, the couples have several other ways to get the same license, this is a moot point and should be dropped. Unfortunately we seem to not grant Christians the same liberties that we grant all other religions...God is good. I pray He helps people open their eyes and minds to this hypocrisy.

Didn’t 75% of Kentuckians vote to uphold traditional marriage? Wouldn’t her actions be upholding the will of the voters and the representative government we have no matter what side of the issue you are on?
