When he does Menudo (perhaps on New Year’s Day), watch out! And don’t ask him what’s in it.

It does sound good. I can’t eat for an hour after I take my Synthroid, so by the time I’m able to eat, I’m ready to eat.

I look forward to Huevos Rancheros topped with pork chile verde (great combination) every Saturday morning @ my favorite Mexican restaurant – yum! You rule, Phil…

I love steak and eggs. When I am on the road, I can usually get it, but in SoCal, all you cab get is a frozen piece of leather(steak should be thawed before going on the grill), or mystery meat. In Colorado, it seems every place I ask for steak and eggs does it right.Quality in urban areas is way down.

My grandparents had a ranch in So. Dakota 100 years ago, and the ranch-hands had steak and pie for breakfast on a regular basis, so I am told.

Is this strip for 8am on a Saturday or Sunday. For Saturday I can understand but for hubby and I on Sunday up get ready for 8:30am church service. What Phil is eating not for me. I am on strict diet very small portions as for lunch half sandwich with turkey, bread sugar free wheat one slice. I do not get very hungry. Dinner is very light placed on cup saucer.

The mention of hot sauce woke Alix up, but she fell asleep at the table, once she sat down at it.

No good deed goes unpunished. I can eat anything anytime of the day. I love breakfast for dinner. Don’t be boxed in eating what is traditional for each meal. You can cook for me anytime Phil!!

I’d eat that. I love a good hearty breakfast, and I like to get up early on my days off.
