He’s got his feet propped, complaining about his job, From the looks of things, it seems he is being overpaid. If he will do some actual work, maybe a raise would be in order. To blame the company for not giving him a raise while he does nothing to deserve one, is really pretty funny, in a non-entitlement sort of way.
