IMHO, the most serious safety violation is for Burl to have his foot on a ladder.The Boss has decreed that I can climb any ladder as long as one foot remains on the ground.
Burl is not done with his comments I am sure. Not only are the stairs not accessible, but the diving board is not 3’ wide to accommodate a wheel chair or walker.

Burl must have worked for the government. And those are not stairs/steps. They are a ladder/rungs.
