Just catching up with all the wonderful photos and posts. We were away over the weekend in Boston – Lincolnshire, that is. We also took a side trip to New York, population 150. Not even a pub there, but a lovely sign. Our friend who stays at our house and looks after the cats told us that Big Man chased away a fox in the backyard on Saturday!

Just a quick dip in today as I’ve been busy. Have a few cute pictures to brighten everybody’s Monday.

This is probably one of the reasons that cats don’t trust dogs..

Took a cute picture of my cat and entered it 24 years ago to Workbasket magazine for their cats page. She was small enough to fit in my bathrobe pocket while sleeping. My sister made a painting of it. She was fun to pose while sleeping since kittens sleep pretty soundly.

@2old, that was definitely my face this morning; the boys decided I must have slept in as it was at least 10 minutes after their 5am feeding time so they had to help me get up – they’re not used to holiday Mondays yet :-)

Wonderful pictures today, as usual. The little kitten checking out a potential home reminds me of our 2. They were pregnant, and abandoned in the woods on our property just before Christmas 12 years ago. They decided that they were going to move in… Best Christmas present we have ever had.
