Years ago I was waiting at a red light. A boom box car stopped in back of me and it shook my car with “BOOM, BOOM BOOM!” His headlights went dim, dim dim with the beat of the so called “music”.
Parents should make sure that their teenagers understand that your ears are not made to withstand extremely loud sound. They will be going to an audiologist when they are 35 and spending $5000 for hearing aids! Why do you think baggage handlers at air ports wear hearing protection?
