Bucky’s logic in panel three is as messed up as usual. Being anti-idiot doesn’t necessarily make you anti-goon if all goons are idiots. The reasoning would be sound if all idiots were goons, however.
Bucky’s logic is fine, as “goon” is a mere subset of “idiot.”
