On the other side of the door, it might say “Abandon all hope, ye who enter here”.

We’re not waiting for personal tax breaks, we’re waiting for government to slash spending.

If Greece exits the EU they will be able to pay those supersized pensions with Drachmas but the value of the Drachma will plummet (Look to 1930s Germany).

The poor and the stupid in a society will always be vulnerable when the Government is unstable but now they have the satisfaction of dragging the middle class down with them. I hope that offers them some small dollop of comfort.

The smart and the employable will be leaving Greece soon and looking for jobs elsewhere because they can still move easily between countries. As soon as Greece loses the EU status they will find that much harder to do.

Is Kelley serious? How long do rational, civilized people have to keep loaning Greece money and restructuring their debt? Those Greeks are as bad as we Americans have been, piling debt on our kids. Shame on us if we don’t stop, and on Europe if they cave further to Greece.
