Banger lost his balance and fell into the street. He is suing friend for personal injury. $112 for bandages and ointment and $5,000 for “pain and suffering”.
and the ‘jerks’ have gone up as ‘smart’ phones use has expanded. too bad there isn’t an app for exploding a ‘smart’ phone when used while driving. everybody thinks they are great multi-taskers. the problem is that everyone that thinks that are also delusional. especially when driving.
