The Alphas of the future will come from small towns and farms of America, where kids are still allowed to roam free and play. Farm kids start playing on (otherwise known as operating) farm equipment about the same time they learn to walk. Families are moving back to my small town because they don’t want to raise their kids in a big city where they don’t dare let their kids play outside.
