The Heart of hte problem seems to be that Germany Owes Greece a Huge pile of money.But, the IMF refuses to allow Greece to try to Collect that money until Greece first pays everyone Else the money Greece owes..The IMF exists to Extort entire Countries in order to make the International Banks even Richer than they already are..
