Lila isn’t Dumb.She IS amazingly Intellectually Lazy, though, which can easily masquerade as Dumb..She’s also got a bit of Mule in her makeup:You usually have to hit her with a Clue-by-4 to get her to Listen and Pay Attention.

No, Annie is very lucky that Lila came along. They are wonderful for each other! (We haven’t yet learned about Annie’s bookie operation….)
