A good cook is never alone in the kitchen. We owe our very wide range of good food to those everywhere who came before..(On the other hand, as Julia Child said when she dropped he chicken, if no one’s in the kitchen, who’s to see?)

The qualities that make a man a good cook are the same as make him a good lover.

Wow. Talk about memories. In spanish homes each receipe is mentally stored and comes from an older family member. For personal notoriety, it gets a twist from the cook to individualize the dish. Greatness comes when the cook can mimick a dish that has been in the family for centuries. This strip took me home. Gracias Cantu y Castellanos.

Me encataria sentarse ante un plato de comida delicioso Caribe. Te extrano mama. Mucho.

Trans: I would love to sit down to a plate of good comida de caribe. I miss you mama, alot.
