Yeah, she is doing housework and they are out in the backyard. If they helped her with the housework, maybe she could find time to go out in the backyard too! Of course, there are those of us who would just say – sc$%w the housework! (If you saw my house, you would know I was one of the latter! :o))
At least they’re communicating quietly. Our neighbors shout to each other whenever they want something, instead of just going over to where the other one is. The other day their house caught fire and we didn’t notice for five minutes – there was just the level of shouting we’re already used to.

From the looks of it, she’s doing your laundry. Maybe do your own laundry and she’d have the time to hang out outside.
