It will take more than two weeks just to get the permits.

Just depends on how big of a bathroom. My grandfather put a bathroom in for my aunt, I think it took him less than 2 weeks, granted only a 4 foot wall moved and it was just in the closet. I remember carrying buckets of plaster to the garbage, as well as the cat finding one of the holes in the wall, and being walled in…well until we heard the cries. I think that’s the only time in my life I heard my grandfather cuss.
