Not quite “sue”, three years ago Texas AND California were experiencing severe drought. California is still in drought, but projections for a big El Nino’ season may indeed bring more “out of synch” weather patterns, and floods,, into California, but even at that, not where the water is truly needed.
Al Sharpton speculates that the Texas floods are ’God’s judgement’ on Texas for…being a red state or something. Haven’t heard his comments on California.Maybe Al Sharpton is God’s judgement on New York.
