Lux Oriens has another good side. Brother Leo couldn’t get lost with the jingle bells of the Eastern Rite Kadilnitsa (thurifer).
I love incense but am at a congregation where it’s not their tradition. I think I’ll go in on Saturdays and burn some for awhile so the aroma will still be around Sunday morning. Maybe if I do that long enough, they’ll come around.
I enjoy incense.
I don’t care about the smell one way or another, but it makes helping during mass hard for my brother, as it triggers his allergies
