The cops aren’t that good a shot. It will probably be mixed but I don’t see the point. Rival gangs got into a brawl and shot up a retail (but seedy) establishment. I am sure there were probably at least some innocent bystanders. What should the cops do, cordon off the area and wait and see who walks away? These gangs are viscous criminal enterprises who are into most of the really bad stuff. What we need is a war on gangs both in Waco and Chicago and probably a lot of other places too.
