Do not lean on desk Burl. Burl can be outside in an F2, it would take an F3 to tip him and roll him across the lawn. An F4 would pick him up and F5 to pick him up and toss him across the street but no injury due to padding. He does not realize most of us are not built to withstand tornadoes like he is. He not only has weight advantage, he has shape advantage, round shape splits the wind nicely from all directions.
Surprise!—I’m going to say something positive—I Really Like Burl’s T-shirt. Also too bad humans aren’t as intuitive as dogs. Our dog knows a storm is coming an hour before there are Any alerts. If he can’t get into the basement he hides in the bathroom which is ground floor, small and in the SW corner of our house.He’s a Blue Heeler—super intelligent!! :-)

As I remember, there’s nothing funny about a tornado, be it F1 or F5. Of course, responsible adult and Burl Penny is a F6 oxymoron—emphasis on MORON!
